The Concept
Stronger body. Calmer mind.
A unique retreat experience that balances inverted perspectives and deep immersion. We combine handstand training, freediving, nourishing food, and an incredible community — in stunning locations.
One discipline demands perfect control. The other asks you to let go completely. Together, they create something rare.
Empowering
Handstands
Strength, balance, and precise control. Handstands build strength, discipline, and a new perspective.
Exploratory
Freediving
Breath-hold diving into clear water. Freediving is about trust, calm, and going within.
Nourishing
Great Food
Plant-based, locally sourced. Great food fuels the body and brings people together.
Connected
Amazing People
A small circle that shares something real. Good people, real conversations, lifelong memories.
The Schedule
What a day looks like
A day designed to deepen — not rush. Every session connects to the next.
Morning
Breakfast
The day starts around a shared table. Good food before the sea.
Morning
Freediving Theory & Breathwork
Theory, breathing exercises, and preparation for open water. Mind and body ready for depth — then into the sea.
Midday
Lunch
For all the hungry ones coming back from the water. Real food, slow table, good conversation.
Midday
Rest
Unstructured time. Digest, talk, read, write, nap. No program. The body knows what it needs.
Afternoon
Handstand Practice
Strength, technique, and balance. Focused progressions, a lot of play, and personal feedback.
Evening
Dinner
Another proper meal, cooked with care. The kind you actually remember.
Night
Free Time
No agenda. Time to connect, sit by the sea, or just be. Whatever feels right.
Why This Is Different
Not just another retreat
- 01
A rare combination
Handstands and freediving don't usually share the same week. They should. Both require stillness, breath, and full presence.
- 02
Structure and freedom
Each day has shape, but not a schedule packed with obligations. Room to go deep.
- 03
Genuinely small
Not "boutique" as a marketing word. Limited to 15 people max. You won't disappear.
- 04
Real experience
Both founders have built careers in their disciplines. This isn't a course — it's immersion.
- 05
Grounded, not spiritual-bypassy
We take the body and the practice seriously. You'll be challenged. You'll also feel seen.
The Guides
Guided by experience
Yuval Oz

Handstand teacher, movement artist & performer Yuval teaches handstands through an approach that combines technique, exploration, creativity, and enjoyment of the process. With years of experience teaching and performing, he works with practitioners of all levels - from complete beginners to advanced students - focusing on awareness, control, breathing, and efficient movement rather than simply “holding a handstand.” Coming from a background in acrobatics, physical theater, and performance, Yuval brings a playful, dynamic, and artistic perspective into his teaching. During the retreat, he will guide handstand sessions, technical drills, and movement exploration practices designed to help participants develop greater balance, freedom, and confidence in their bodies..
Gil Fox
Freediving Instructor · National Record Holder
Freediving instructor & Israeli national record holder Gil is a freediving instructor and Israeli national record holder with years of experience teaching, coaching, and guiding people both in and out of the water. His approach to freediving combines technique, relaxation, breathing, and a deep connection to the body and the sea. Beyond the athletic aspect of freediving, Gil brings a strong sense of calm, presence, and connection to nature into his teaching. At the retreat, he will guide breathing sessions, water adaptation practices, freediving techniques, and mental training exercises designed to help participants feel more relaxed, confident, and connected in the water..
Together, we bring two complementary worlds: one above water, one below. One built on precision and control, the other on letting go and going deeper.

Who is this for?
Movement Lovers
Anyone who already has a practice — yoga, climbing, dance — and wants to add new depth to it.
Handstand Base
You need to hold a wall handstand for at least 20 seconds. Beyond that — bring curiosity and willingness to push. We take you from there.
Challenge Seekers
People who want real challenge, without competitiveness or ego. The bar is yours to set.
Presence Seekers
Those looking for a real experience — not Instagram content. Something to carry home.
Handstands: we ask that you can hold a wall handstand for at least 20 seconds — enough to build on. Freediving starts from zero. Everyone gets individual guidance adapted to their exact level.
Participants
Deep in every sense — meaningful, joyful, meditative. A shift in perspective and a true blessing.
